Qudrat is a devoted Muslimah, a wife, a mother, a sister, and a friend to many. She enjoys travelling and spending quality time with her family and loves socialising within Islamic etiquette's boundaries. Qudrat invests in seeking beneficial knowledge to inspire herself and empower others. She is the founder and Amira of Salam Sisters Forum UK which she started in 2014 with a group of sisters coming together to seek Allah's pleasure. Salam Sisters Forum UK provides support and solidarity to the Muslim Ummah, especially women and their community with aims and objectives focusing on empowering, motivating and strengthening the bond of sisterhood.

She believes that seeking knowledge equips you with better understanding and as such, she continuously strives to improve her skills and knowledge of the deen to seek Allah's pleasure. Through positive behaviour, attitude and interaction with people of diverse cultural backgrounds, Qudrat tries to be an ambassador of Islam by putting qualities of her deen into practice.

Professional Background: A scheme manager in the social housing sector. A graduate of BA in the English Language from Ahamadu Bello University Zaria with a post-graduate diploma in Data processing, Qudrat is a Certified member of The Chartered Institute of Housing. As a qualified housing professional and advisor, she works effectively to provide holistic care and support to individuals aged 55 and over who live in sheltered accommodations. Qudrat is responsible for the day-to-day administration and coordination of the independent living scheme. She works in collaboration with multi-disciplinary healthcare professionals to achieve team goals. She also shares in the responsibility of facilitating and coordinating the holistic health and well-being of the service users of independent living/sheltered accommodation.
